Refund and Returns Policy

At Refined Styling UK, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Returns

• Order ID: Please include your order ID in the return package.
• Return Window: All returns must be delivered to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Clearance Items: All clearance items are exempt from returns for businesses and consumers outside of their 14-day ‘cooling off period’.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of £15.00 and the original delivery charge will be applied to returns for businesses and for consumers outside of their 14-day ‘cooling off period’.
• Delivery Charges: The original delivery charge will not be refunded for businesses or consumers.
• Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original condition with the protective film and holographic verification sticker attached. Returns without these elements will not be accepted.
• Fitting Kit and Manual: Most of our items come with a fitting kit and manual. Failing to return these will incur an additional £10 charge.
• Exceeding Return Period: Returns exceeding 30 days will not be accepted. If a product is sent regardless, the customer must arrange collection from our store within 7 days to receive their item back.
• Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 working days from the time of arrival at our facility.
• Dealer Purchases: If your order was placed through one of our dealers, returns must be arranged with them. Direct returns to us from dealer purchases may be refused.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges as a service.

Refunds

• Refund Amount: You will be refunded for the returned items only, not for the original shipping costs or any customs/duty fees incurred upon returning your order.
• Refund Processing: It may take up to 10 working days from the time of arrival for the return to be processed and refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance Items: All clearance items are exempt from returns. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that they cannot be returned.

Additional Information

• Shipping Fees: Refined Styling UK is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
• Customs/Duty Fees: Any customs/duty fees incurred upon returning your order are not refundable.
• Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange a return or exchange.
